Thermalloy T Type Bearing
[Features/Caution]
· Type T Thermalloy is sold as a material. Since it can not be used as sold, ensure that the inside diameter, outside diameter, and end surfaces are cut before use.
· This product is a sintered material. Not able to withstand impact loads and should not be used in such cases. Please also note that it is not durable against bending load and tensile load.
· Claws may become embedded when chucking during machining, so the minimum force required should be used when chucking for fixing.
· Take sufficient care to manage the cutting edge and feed speed during machining. Be aware that excessive machining will cause fissures and cracks.
· If you would like machining to be completed at our company, we can do so if directions are provided in the drawings. Please inquire if you are considering this.
